Key Responsibilities

•Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier IT support to Anduril employees across classified systems.
•Install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot air-gapped classified IT systems consisting of a variety of operating systems and hardware.
•Provide on-call, on-site IT support (in accordance with a predefined schedule).
•Write instructional documentation and convey highly technical ideas in non-technical terms.
•Perform security hardening of systems using DISA STIG’s and other best practice security guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Classified IT enterprise systems and solutions.
•Experience with physical hardware.
•Experience building, deploying and troubleshooting air-gapped IT systems.
•Experience with automation and implementing solutions in an air-gapped environment.
•Collaborates effectively with Information Assurance and Security teams to maintain and enhance system integrity and compliance.
