Job Summary

ERP Business Analyst specializing in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and guide ERP system usage.
•Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA to enhance workstream processes in alignment with RTX operating model.
•Help create new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design goals.
•Assist data and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.
•Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies; deliver functional specs for forms, reports, enhancements, and integrations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
•4+ years of hands-on SAP experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes including configuration, testing, data management, and production support
•Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Contract Management, Billing, Invoicing, Pricing, and O2C processes
•Experience with contract lifecycle activities including creation, amendments, funding management, milestone-based billing, and invoice generation
•Understanding of SAP SD integration with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Tax, and Project Systems
