Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor production line performance (e.g., yield and quality checks) and coordinate with cross-functional teams to sustain performance.
  • •Conduct first-level troubleshooting and root-cause investigation for high rejections and non-conformance incidents.
  • •Support engineers with daily production issues and continuous improvement activities.
  • •Carry out engineering builds and trials, including basic defect checks and process verification as guided.
  • •Record process data and observations accurately and provide on-the-job training to operators while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of work experience in an automated line environment.
  • •ITC or Diploma in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (minimum requirement).
  • •Willing to work on shifts and perform overtime, where required.
  • •Ability to distinguish between coloured wires, signals, indicators, or labels for safe duties.
  • •Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) is an advantage.
