Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare journal entries, supporting schedules, and reconciliations for all month-end close processes in coordination with business partners and plant accounting.
  • •Perform corporate month-end close activities including uploading interface/allocating entries for multiple legal entities and completing GL account reconciliations.
  • •Maintain the chart of accounts in the appropriate accounting systems.
  • •Assist in preparation of financial statement schedules, monthly consolidation, management reporting, and variance investigation.
  • •Support ERP system implementation, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide research/reporting support for the budget and forecast process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors’ degree in accounting (or similar) from an accredited institution.
  • •CPA or CPA track is highly preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a large, fast-paced company environment (or 2 years public accounting plus 2 years industry in large company environment with revenues > $2B).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred and comfort working in multi-legal-entity, fast-changing priorities with significant general ledger experience.
  • •ERP systems experience required, with recent experience in Oracle, M3, or Adage preferred.
