Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Consumer/Opening implementations for new and existing customers, from kickoff through UAT and go-live. Schedule and run milestone meetings, build project timelines based on Sales scope, and drive weekly status calls to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Manage project risk, track tickets in JIRA, maintain timelines in Smartsheet, and coordinate with Implementation Analysts to support smooth transitions to support.

Key Responsibilities

•Schedule and lead major milestone meetings including Kick-Off, UAT Kick-Off, and Transition to Support.
•Review Sales scope of work and build the corresponding project timeline.
•Hold weekly status calls with customers and keep them accountable to timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
•Track and manage ticket progress in JIRA and escalate as necessary.
•Manage and maintain the project timeline in Smartsheet, and lead/coordinate with Implementation Analysts as part of the project team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,800 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
•Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to lead critical conversations with customers and maintain executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders.
•Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities at the same time.
