Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a 100% hands-on coding storage services engineer in C across kernel and userspace.
  • •Research, design, implement, and test new and existing distributed storage services and features in Host and DPU environments.
  • •Develop understanding of storage algorithms, their interactions across the block and file storage ecosystem, and related components.
  • •Analyze and debug challenging issues and customer cases in large-scale production systems, including kernel modules and other components.
  • •Define software architecture and implementation for advanced storage services with extreme performance and scalability requirements.

Salary: USD 272,000 - 431,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •15+ years of experience as a senior developer, preferably in storage, networking, and/or operating-systems.
  • •Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
  • •Experience with Linux block subsystem, file system, IO stack, and storage protocols/standards, especially NVMe.
  • •Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems, with advantage in block/file storage and/or networking systems.
