Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop measurement recipes to provide quick and accurate feedback on product integrity and drive yield/quality improvements.
  • •Set up tool qualification criteria and implement monitoring using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
  • •Collaborate with R&D and global tool teams to share best-known methods and support continuous improvement of assigned tools.
  • •Develop and run projects to improve inline detection, efficiency, cost, tool measurement variability, and machine availability.
  • •Support Fab through data analysis, sampling strategy, and training on recipe maintenance, tool recovery, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills to solve yield/quality measurement problems.
  • •Effective communication skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • •Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; demonstrated leadership and impact are desirable.
