Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the most important product and technical initiatives, taking problems from unclear to measurable outcomes.
  • •Translate CEO and CPO priorities into clear product/technical plans, decisions, owners, milestones, and dependencies.
  • •Synthesize complex product and technical context into crisp, decision-ready recommendations and pressure-test assumptions.
  • •Align product, engineering, design, data, and commercial teams on outcomes, trade-offs, risks, and delivery paths.
  • •Build lightweight operating cadences and feedback loops to increase speed and accountability, using automation and AI pragmatically.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical foundation to reason credibly about software systems, architecture, data, AI, quality, security, and reliability.
  • •First-principles problem-solving with strong product judgement focused on outcomes rather than output.
  • •Ability to move fluently between strategy and execution, from decisions and trade-offs to analysis, prototypes, documentation, or follow-ups.
  • •Hands-on capability with code, data, prototypes, and AI tools when it’s the fastest way to learn or unblock progress.
  • •Experience in software engineering, technical product, technical program leadership, or a founder’s office in a high-growth startup; demonstrated ownership and problem solving matter.
