Handle US Credit & Collections voice interactions for American Express Card Members, helping customers understand account and credit status and resolve credit-related concerns. You’ll guide responsible spending by analyzing customer needs, recommending suitable benefits and products, and following established call conversation models. Maintain first-call resolution while meeting quality and compliance standards, apply sound judgment, and use strong verbal communication, de-escalation, and analytical/problem-solving skills in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
