Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coordinate, and performance-manage delivery across internal teams and external third-party teams (including the managed service provider), setting priorities, ways of working, and quality expectations.
  • •Execute and maintain the GCIO Third Party Risk Governance strategy to ensure adoption of the GCIO execution plan for Group Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy and Framework.
  • •Chair GCIO TPRM meetings and represent GCIO TPRM at Global C-Level meetings.
  • •Provide risk management support, subject matter expertise, and direction for third-party risk activities and issues with the Global Third Party Risk Officer across GCIO.
  • •Ensure effective end-to-end visibility of GCIO Third-Party Risk Management activity reflecting the golden source system(s) of record (actions, risks, controls, issues, dependencies).
