Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex treaty technical accounting activities, including adjustment calculations for Asia treaty contracts and resolving discrepancies between system data and contract wording.
  • •Handle queries from GCC processing teams and external stakeholders on invoice processing and calculations, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • •Prepare and maintain working sheets for data entry in GRiDS and support accurate invoice and statement issuance.
  • •Document and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and controls; identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce errors.
  • •Act as a day-to-day technical contact for GCC offshore colleagues on complex processes and GRiDS usage, monitoring quality and timeliness of work.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 7+ years of experience in treaty reinsurance technical accounting.
  • •Strong understanding of treaty reinsurance contracts and related operational processes, including technical premium calculations and PC/SSC/LPC adjustments.
  • •Experience with reinsurance technical accounting systems, or strong willingness and ability to become a system SME (e.g., GRiDS).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
