Provide advanced technical support, maintenance, and leadership for SAP business applications, with deep focus on logistics processes across MM, SD, and EWM. Create functional specifications and test scripts, support deployments via transport tooling, mentor junior analysts, and drive continuous improvement through automation and better support procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-level advanced application support for complex user queries and technical issues.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose complex application problems, coordinating with users and technical teams to resolve root causes.
•Monitor application performance and system health to prevent user impact and optimize efficiency.
•Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, leading problem management for recurring issues.
•Mentor junior application support analysts and collaborate with development/IT stakeholders on updates, patches, enhancements, and change management.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant hands-on experience designing SAP logistics solutions for inbound/outbound scenarios, including SAP stock transport order scenarios.
•At least one end-to-end SAP implementation experience and strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models and logistics processes.
•Experience with S/4HANA implementations using tools such as Migration Cockpit, Migrate your Data, API Services, or Migration Workbench.
•Proficiency in SAP logistics execution areas including handling units, inventory postings, warehouse orders, STOs, subcontracting process, and related warehouse management processes.
•Ability to provide guidance on ABAP code logic and collaborate with development teams to align functional and technical requirements.
