Provide timely, accurate client transactions and superior service while uncovering customer needs. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for offers, and referring opportunities or fulfilling needs. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.
