Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with HCM systems, including meaningful experience supporting or configuring Workday Payroll.
  • •8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise processes and enabling systems.
  • •Proven track record defining business problems, researching user needs, prototyping/testing solutions, collaborating with project teams, and participating in Agile.
  • •Mastery of one or more Workday product areas, with strong preference for expertise in Workday Payroll.
  • •Strong functional and technical understanding of Workday architecture, including Business Process Framework, Security, user interface, reporting, and integrations.
