Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Manufacturing Engineering, Systems, Facilities Management, and Continuous Improvement engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation.
  • •Develop and execute site operational footprint plans to support growth, manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 objectives.
  • •Lead improvement events and continuous improvement activities using methodologies like A3, Lean, and BPS.
  • •Ensure ISO 9001 registration with zero major findings and lead activities to enhance Operating Assessment (OpA) manufacturing maturity.
  • •Own MOC, manage CapEx execution, and drive cost-out and productivity initiatives across the campus.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of seven (7) years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years managing people or project teams within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with Lean and Six-Sigma/problem-solving and the ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally.
