Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the development and review of the Dubai government HR strategic plan by providing expert opinions, comments, and recommendations in coordination with relevant departments
  • •Develop and improve the workforce planning system for Dubai government and regularly review and adjust it based on implementation outcomes
  • •Study current and future workforce needs, turnover, technology, and labor market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • •Develop and implement strategies and specific work plans to ensure availability of future workforce skills and competencies and close gaps
  • •Create a functional map of government jobs by analyzing current roles and classifying skills and competencies, preparing annual analytical workforce descriptions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or Master's or Doctorate in Human Resources or MBA with CIPD and SPHR preferred
  • •15 years of HR experience for Bachelor's degree; 12 years for Master's; 10 years for Doctorate
  • •Advanced MS Office skills and Oracle HR systems; strong report writing and data analysis abilities
  • •Proficient in Arabic and English with excellent communication across all levels
  • •Ability to conduct detailed HR research and provide advisory input to decision makers
