Key Responsibilities

  • •Review reported issues and conduct technical investigations, including root cause analysis and engineering assessments within your domain.
  • •Liaise with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights on affected systems and equipment to support decision-making.
  • •Deliver engineering analysis and recommendations to the Technical Authority to ensure the as-built product aligns with design intent.
  • •Act as a key communication link between Production and the broader business, supporting effective issue management processes.
  • •Apply established standards and engineering first principles to resolve complex engineering problems within your area of expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or diploma qualified to the level of the role, or appropriate trades certificates (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural) plus production experience.
  • •Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities while focusing on specific tasks and issues.
  • •Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and ask insightful questions to gather relevant information.
  • •Ability to interpret CAD models, detailed design drawings, and technical documentation including requirements and fabrication/assembly drawings.
  • •Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Baseline Defence security clearance.
