Senior Engineer - Motion Planning and Controls, Autonomous Driving

Build and enhance low-speed motion planning for autonomous driving, focusing on trajectory optimization, path smoothing, and local planning for auto-parking features like Auto Park, Summon, and Park-to-Park. Refactor and scale the planning stack architecture for maintainability, performance, and CPU/GPU acceleration. Debug and validate behaviors using simulation, vehicle logs, and multi-scenario benchmarking, while integrating production-grade systems on embedded platforms.
