Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor SWRO plant processes through DCS/SCADA systems.
  • •Control key plant parameters across intake/pretreatment, DAF and ultrafiltration, high-pressure pumps, RO trains, chemical dosing, and product water/distribution.
  • •Respond to alarms and process deviations, taking corrective actions to maintain stable operation.
  • •Record operational data, prepare shift reports, monitor water quality parameters, and maintain accurate operational logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Technology, or Water Treatment Technology.
  • •Typically 3–5+ years operating SWRO desalination plants (50 MLD+), water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, or process industries.
  • •Experience operating DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems.
  • •Knowledge of water treatment chemistry and chemical dosing systems.
  • •Technical/trade qualification with relevant desalination experience may be accepted.
