Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with store leadership.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to support operational excellence and safe store operations.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store during shifts.
