Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, debug, and root-cause issues found within Broadcom’s PCIe switch and retimer products with customers and Broadcom’s System Applications Engineers.
  • •Assist OEM and Cloud customers in properly integrating Broadcom PCIe switch/retimer products into GP-GPUs, AI/ML platforms, storage servers and custom designs.
  • •Guide customers through the design process, including architecture reviews, schematic reviews, design-in support, and training on product features.
  • •Establish strong relationships with customers and internally to advocate for new features and expedite defect fixes.
  • •Train customers in the tools, software, and applications needed to implement PCIe switch/retimer designs and provide on-site support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering; Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
  • •Minimum of 8 years’ experience with Cloud service providers and server OEMs to design complex PCIe-based products for Server, storage, ML/AI applications.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of high-speed PCIe protocols.
  • •Silicon bring-up and debug experience in customer systems.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
