Job Summary

Design and execute global Men’s and Women’s apparel concepts for the product and creative teams. Create value- and cost-aligned styles that reflect brand and relevant trends, including technical apparel using natural fibres. Collaborate with product, development, tech, and merchandising partners to ensure fit, quality, details, and on-time delivery, producing mood boards and Illustrator tech packs with clear drawings and trim guidance.

•Conceptualize, design, and execute creative apparel projects for global product and creative department needs.
•Use design skills to create apparel that meets value and cost expectations.
•Partner with product, director, design, development, tech design, and merchandising teams to deliver execution for the target consumer audience.
•Support the design, development, approval, and usage of trims; collaborate to meet style, fit, quality, and detail requirements.
•Conduct trend/market/competitor research and produce mood/concept boards; create tech packs in Illustrator with detailed drawings and facilitate agile prototype review.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of apparel product design experience with similar brand(s) or organizations.
•Fluent English is essential (additional languages are a plus).

•Portfolio demonstrating design and development knowledge, relevance, and consumer awareness.
•Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and experience creating technical apparel, including construction and pattern cutting.
