Job Summary

Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strengthen relationships with consumer and small business clients. Own execution of customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management through a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments. Develop team capability, reinforce core values, and drive growth of the financial center’s small business book of business while supporting safe, policy-compliant risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach a team to drive consistent operating rhythms and ongoing customer relationship management.
•Use a consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Deliver an integrated book of business strategy, ensuring customers complete a Financial Needs Assessment and are assigned for proactive support.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces core values and business strategies; cultivate a One Bank culture.
•Participate in community activities and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
•Previous management experience preferred.
•Experience in the financial industry; ability to manage a P&L is a plus.
•Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities professionally.
