Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems to deliver client essential services and works.
  • •Monitor team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures; audit compliance with management system requirements and report as required.
  • •Lead project risk management by identifying risks and driving mitigation activities.
  • •Conduct weekly technical/progress meetings and manage client stage gateway reviews and conditions precedent to approvals.
  • •Manage design stage deliverables and daily site progress reviews (HSE, logistics, program), and produce progress reports and presentations against baseline, milestones, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience on large-scale, complex construction projects; data center experience preferred.
  • •Strong commercial awareness with familiarity in financial management for project tracking and forecasting.
  • •Understanding of contract documents, specifications, project plans, and other project-related documents.
  • •Fluent English; German is a plus; availability for on-site work.
