Job Summary

Support the Raytheon Functional Finance team by driving earned value management (EVM) inputs and program financial reporting. Build Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), perform EV and variance analysis, and prepare cost and schedule forecasts using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX reporting tools. Partner with engineering and program leads to prepare monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and enable predictable cost control and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Support quarterly EAC creation and monthly LRE inputs, including cost estimates, reasonableness analysis, and risk/opportunities assessments at the program/product/mission area level.
•Perform detailed EV and financial analysis against the budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
•Facilitate monthly EVM inputs and support EAC/LRE development with engineering and program leads.
•Drive cost control and schedule reporting using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools, including weekly analysis of cost and labor runs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar systems.
•Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
