Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a friendly, high-quality banking experience. Educate customers on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support sales outreach through outbound calls. Cross-trained to assist Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, help with new account openings, follow internal controls and risk policies, and continuously build product and service knowledge through training.

•Provide a distinctive client experience by completing both complex and standardized transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities via referrals.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying current on policy changes.
