Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand project needs and usage contexts for third-party components.
  • •Determine applicable licenses and analyze usage contract terms for COTS and OSS components.
  • •Prepare and control copyright notices (copyright and disclaimer to deliver to the customer).
  • •Propose ECCN classification for export control and defend the resulting analyses during validation.
  • •Record evidence in Cactus, write usage recommendations for project teams, and improve the tool-supported analysis process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+5 (engineering school or university) in computer science, project management, or IT management.
  • •Significant experience in an IT department (DSI) environment.
  • •Master IS/IT processes and have experience combining technical project management with quality/process methodology.
  • •Knowledge of infrastructure services or IT production context is a major plus.
  • •Skills in C/Java/JS/Python and build/dependency management tools (Makefile/Maven/RPM).
