Job Summary

Lead enterprise transformation analysis and strategic change initiatives, partnering with the Group Transformation Director and executive leaders to balance priorities and deliver measurable financial outcomes. Drive data-science-informed decision making through investment-ready business cases, executive materials, and financial models. Manage and develop a small team, oversee multiple complex initiatives, and embed continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile practices across the Transformation Office.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with leadership to define, shape, and deliver strategic enterprise transformation initiatives and contribute to planning and decision making.
•Develop investment-ready business cases and executive materials, including board papers, investment decks, and performance updates supported by financial models.
•Lead, nurture, and grow a small team of analysts and change professionals, coaching and mentoring to ensure high-quality delivery.
•Oversee multiple complex initiatives and embed continuous improvement practices across the Transformation Office and the wider enterprise.
•Manage governance, risk, and third-party vendor oversight, ensuring appropriate cadence, reporting, and mitigation structures.

Key Requirements

•10-15 years of experience in a data science and/or consulting management role within strategy, transformation, or change.
•Strong understanding of data science concepts and how to apply them to enterprise decision making.
•Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
•Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and executive storytelling, plus expertise building business cases and financial models.
