Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage strategic relationships across the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries, ASIC partners, IP providers, EDA vendors, advanced packaging providers, and infrastructure technology companies.
  • •Develop an ecosystem partnership strategy aligned to the silicon roadmap, product milestones, commercial priorities, and long-term platform strategy.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional alignment to define technical requirements, commercial terms, program timelines, and partner deliverables.
  • •Develop advanced packaging and supply-chain partnerships across CoWoS/2.5D/3D integration, HBM, substrate/interposers, OSAT, and manufacturing ecosystems.
  • •Support go-to-market initiatives through ecosystem positioning, joint marketing, executive briefings, customer events, and industry announcements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, silicon partnerships, strategic alliances, product management, or related roles.
  • •Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem (foundry, ASIC design, IP, EDA, advanced packaging, memory, substrate, OSAT, and system-level partners).
  • •Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, legal, finance, sales, and marketing.
  • •Strong commercial and negotiation skills for partnership structures, licensing models, and supply agreements.
  • •Technical fluency in AI accelerators, SoCs, chiplets, advanced nodes, packaging, HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, and data center infrastructure.
