Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions, owning end-to-end service delivery for large or complex Real Estate projects.
  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Advise on strategy at project conception, establish success criteria, and plan/oversee quality, safety, health, and environment matters.
  • •Set up project governance processes and systems, produce detailed project plans, and manage change control.
  • •Support marketing and business development by developing new opportunities, cross-selling, and contributing to bids/pitches and case study materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • •Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
