•Lead project management commissions, owning end-to-end service delivery for large or complex Real Estate projects.
•Serve as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
•Advise on strategy at project conception, establish success criteria, and plan/oversee quality, safety, health, and environment matters.
•Set up project governance processes and systems, produce detailed project plans, and manage change control.
•Support marketing and business development by developing new opportunities, cross-selling, and contributing to bids/pitches and case study materials.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
•Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
•Ability to lead end-to-end project delivery for large or complex commissions.
•Experience establishing success criteria across time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
•Experience managing project governance, planning, change control, and project reporting.
