Job Summary

Supervise catering operations in a healthcare setting, ensuring high-quality food and service for patients, staff, and visitors. You’ll provide hands-on operational oversight, manage kitchen procedures, and conduct tray and delivery checks to maintain quality, accuracy, and timely service. Lead and develop the catering team, support dietary/menu requirements, drive food cost and labor efficiency, and maintain strict food safety, hygiene, documentation, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the catering team to consistently deliver high-quality food and service to patients, staff, and visitors.
•Provide operational oversight with hands-on leadership, including tray assessments, delivery checks, and service completion within time.
•Develop and implement kitchen operating procedures and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality, including adherence to dietary/menu requirements.
•Monitor and improve Patient Service Experience to exceed patient and customer satisfaction; conduct regular area reviews.
•Manage administrative duties, employee evaluations/appraisals, roster planning, client relationship management, and incident/accident reporting.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in a relevant role.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Hands-on capability to manage large healthcare operations and oversee daily catering services.
•Ability to maintain food safety and quality compliance, including documentation and records for due diligence and inspections.
•Fluent English with working knowledge of Arabic (added advantage) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
