Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and communicate expectations to supporting suppliers.
  • •Work with New Product Introduction teams so suppliers are involved in specification development and review for design for manufacturability.
  • •Use project management skills and quality tools to evaluate alternate manufacturing processes to reduce cost and improve quality/reliability.
  • •Participate in supplier selection and supplier technical audits; evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • •Assist in quality problem resolution and incident management, driving root cause and corrective action; support production assessment for serial readiness.
