Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the product vision and build the roadmap with the Product Owner and UX designer, considering business needs and AI opportunities.
  • •Manage the product backlog by writing, prioritizing, and evolving functional needs to maximize user value.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams, domain experts, and stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery aligned with user expectations.
  • •Measure product performance indicators (adoption, usage, efficiency, satisfaction) to guide future evolution.
  • •Collect user feedback and adapt product strategy to align with Thales competitiveness challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level degree (Bac +5) in computer science, engineering, or equivalent education.
  • •Significant experience as a Product Owner, including defining product vision and managing a roadmap.
  • •Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog and writing functional needs.
  • •Proficiency with Agile methods and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Experience leading digital products, ideally in an AI-related environment.
