Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate completion of Investor AML workload and tasks through Northern Trust’s workflow process.
  • •Review investor documentation and highlight outstanding due diligence documentation according to AML processes and procedures.
  • •Escalate and assist in resolving complex AML issues, including those received from other Northern Trust partners and the Investor AML Department in Ireland.
  • •Support Ireland & UK Investor AML processes by handling queries efficiently and providing regular periodic updates to line management and colleagues.
  • •Support audit, risk, and compliance standards for Investor AML support teams in Bangalore and Pune, and promote AML process enhancements using up-to-date best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of overall experience in a relevant area, including Investor AML servicing experience.
  • •Knowledge of day-to-day Investor AML processes and procedures and the wider funds administration business.
  • •Experience in Audit/Operational Control/ Risk (or equivalent) with strong risk management skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting, CA, or ICWA (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to research complex issues and deliver solutions with line management agreement.
