Job Summary

Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance. Identify bottlenecks and translate them into standardized ways of working across regions, while spotting opportunities to automate manual processes with AI tools and internal systems. Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams, maintain operational playbooks, and define KPIs to measure operational efficiency and use data to drive decisions.

•Identify automation opportunities using AI tools and internal systems, collaborating with Tech/Data teams.
•Define and track KPIs for operational efficiency, document operational playbooks, and use data to drive decisions.

•Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree).
•5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management in large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations.
•Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
•Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance.
•Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) and strong communication; proficiency in written and spoken English.
