Sales & Service Lead - Mall at Millenia

Lead day-to-day sales and guest service on the sales floor to elevate the customer experience. Drive engagement and guest education targets through coaching and feedback, build daily customer relationships, and use performance reports to execute action plans. Partner with Operations and Visual leads to manage budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, supporting recruitment and individual growth.
