Job Summary

Coordinate experiential and logistical elements for Strategic Engagements, own end-to-end Experience-Only Meetings from intake to follow-up, and serve as on-site contact for day-of operations. Partner with SIC Strategist, report to Senior Director of SIC, AMER, and collaborate cross-functionally. Hybrid role with three office days per week; 2-4 years in event coordination or operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate all experiential and logistical elements for assigned Strategic Engagements — including scheduling, catering, room setup, and day-of operations — ensuring every in-center experience reflects Salesforce's brand standards
•Own the end-to-end delivery of Experience-Only Meetings, including intake, agenda preparation, speaker coordination, and post-meeting follow-up communications
•Serve as the on-site point of contact for experience operations, proactively anticipating and resolving day-of needs in partnership with the SIC Strategist
•Track program metrics, contribute to team process improvements, and collaborate with internal partner teams to support broader SIC operations
•Collaborate cross-functionally with partner teams to support SIC operations and improve processes
