Lead Geologist, II

Oversee multiple exploration and resource development programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy. Report to the Director, Resource Development, and manage drilling programs across multiple assets while adhering to safety, environmental, and company policies. Coordinate drilling activities including contract management and resource allocation, analyze drilling data, and provide geological insights to support accurate resource estimation and planning. Mentor junior geologists and continuously improve drilling performance and program methodology.
