Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze machines utilization and improve/ensure quality output.
  • •Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations.
  • •Follow safety procedures and promptly report identified hazards.
  • •Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing (added advantage).
  • •Self-motivated, results-oriented, and seeking growth.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • •Comfortable with 12-hr shifts (including night shift).
