Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain planning reports, forecasting systems, and planning tools while aligning demand and supply teams.
  • •Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing sales data, market trends, and business inputs.
  • •Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to capture insights on promotions, launches, customer activities, and market developments.
  • •Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and key drivers to improve forecast reliability and inform data-driven decisions.
  • •Assist the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by preparing forecast inputs and analyses for monthly planning reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering/Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
  • •Experience through internships or academic projects in FMCG or a large international company is a plus.
  • •Strong interest in supply chain management and logistics.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • •Fluent in Italian and English; strong organization and ability to work under tight deadlines.
