Job Summary

We are seeking Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Engineers and Designers at all levels to join our Southeast US team. You'll work on highway design and MOT elements using Bentley Microstation/Open Roads, developing design packages for improvements, supporting alternative delivery projects, and contributing to mega-projects in a hybrid, in-office/remote setting.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and package MOT design elements for highway improvement projects, including cross sections, traffic control plans, profiles, detour routes and temporary signing
•Collaborate on Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects and support development of design packages
•Utilize Bentley Microstation and Open Roads to create and edit design drawings and documentation
•Lead or support MOT design tasks as a junior, mid or senior engineer depending on level
•Coordinate with project teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure safe, cost-effective traffic management solutions

Key Requirements

•MOT CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; Master’s degree in engineering
