Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end commercial outcomes for ~250 Zettle SMB merchants as the single point of contact.
  • •Use AI-powered tools and PayPal technology to identify how merchants can retain, grow, and use products more fully.
  • •Deliver monthly revenue targets and OKRs aligned to company objectives, and maintain pipeline, forecast, and portfolio health reporting.
  • •Coordinate internally (including with Customer Success) and maintain a strategic account plan with ideas to attract engaged users and grow the existing book.
