Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional land development projects from concept through construction.
  • •Own client relationships — serve as the primary technical and design contact, anticipating needs and providing strategic guidance.
  • •Drive all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budgets, schedules, resourcing, and risk management.
  • •Navigate municipal and agency approvals using your deep understanding of Ontario processes and longstanding relationships.
  • •Champion quality assurance across all design outputs, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive experience in land development engineering
