Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee programs at the worksite, including coordination with other coordinators in larger facilities.
  • •Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of employee development and continuous learning programs across the group.
  • •Direct long-term and short-term strategic planning and budget development aligned to business goals.
  • •Develop and implement operating policies consistent with company objectives and ensure execution.
  • •Oversee operations phases, contractor schedules, contract preparation/negotiation, cost estimation, and risk/legal documentation; lead the operations team and support HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of construction/project operations experience, with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong skills in planning and scheduling to ensure construction projects are completed on time and efficiently.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
  • •Leadership capability to manage teams and subcontractors while coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, including ERP (preferably SAP) skills.
