Key Responsibilities

  • •Remotely implement, support, troubleshoot, test, and commission IoT devices, HVAC control, lighting, and refrigeration systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in mechanical, electrical, or building environments engineering technology, or equivalent trade/field experience.
  • •3–5 years of experience with building automation and HVAC control systems, preferably in the IoT domain.
  • •Experience with BMS software, programming, and hardware (e.g., Distech, Schneider Electric, Delta Controls).
  • •Knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC/mechanical/electrical/refrigeration systems, including commissioning building HVAC automation controls.
  • •Experience with BMS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and DIII-net; plus strong Unix/Linux experience.
