Key Responsibilities

  • •Own post-silicon power/performance attainment by analyzing silicon characterization data to optimize power, performance, yield, and quality.
  • •Lay out milestone plans and timelines for power attainment across product life cycle development phases, including defining test points.
  • •Interface with system architects, design teams, automated test engineering (ATE), systems level teams (SLT), and platform teams to identify trade-offs and align products with use cases.
  • •Balance performance, cost, power, and area considerations to optimize deliverables for customer verticals.
  • •Monitor, assess, and document development risks while proposing solutions to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Good analytical skills with engineering data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, Python, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
  • •Experience in charz analysis, statistical modeling, guardband optimization, and data-driven decision making.
  • •Understanding of power parameters (e.g., leakage IDDQ, AC capacitance) and experience analyzing silicon power/characterization data to set product operating limits, specifications, and production guardbands.
  • •In-depth understanding of semiconductor test methodologies and DFT features including SCAN, MBIST, JTAG, and CREST.
  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
