Job Summary

Provide instruction in general faculty subjects and in logistics and supply chain management for second-language learners in a student-centered environment. Teach courses aligned to syllabi and program goals, applying educational technology and assessment strategies. Evaluate and advise students, support learning through feedback, and conduct applied research tied to faculty interests and the national innovation agenda. Participate in events, committees, and course and curriculum improvement, while fulfilling full-time workload expectations.

Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to implementation of the system-wide strategy and assist with development and preservation of system-wide and faculty/division policies.
•Teach courses aligned to course syllabi and program goals, using a practical applied approach and educational technology resources.
•Assess and support student learning by providing continuous feedback, monitoring progress, evaluating students, updating grades, and contributing to assessments/question banks.
•Advise and mentor students as assigned, including maintaining office hours, supporting students during internships and work placements, and recommending at-risk action plans.
•Conduct applied research, participate in conferences, serve on committees, sponsor or advise student groups, and support continuous improvement of teaching, learning, assessment, and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

•A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
•Or a Master’s degree and a professional certification relevant to the discipline, with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
•Or a Bachelor’s degree may be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per the discipline requirement.
•Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
•Experience developing course curriculum according to accreditation and international standards, and incorporating educational technology in curriculum and instruction.
