Job Summary

Partner with enterprise customers as a customer-facing advisor to define and deliver agentic AI solutions end to end. Lead strategy, design workshops, and solution architecture across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems, with responsible AI governance. Coordinate deployment timelines, stakeholder communication, risks, and delivery progress, while owning adoption and consumption metrics. Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business challenges into measurable, scalable customer value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume lifecycle, owning outcomes at every stage.
•Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, running design workshops and architecting solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
•Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
•Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers and serve as the primary customer-facing contact for proposals, decisions, and outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex, plus experience leading AI/LLM solution design with responsible AI practices.
