Job Summary

Join the Buildings Technology Systems team as a Smart Building & system integration technical specialist. Own delivery from concept through handover, leading smart building ICT and system integration design with technical leadership across multidisciplinary projects. Partner with clients and stakeholders to interpret requirements, develop solution architectures, and ensure interoperability, data exchange, and cybersecurity considerations. Work with specialists across Security, Lighting, ICT, VT, BMS, and AV to create future-ready smart building solutions and support bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead smart building & systems integration design from concept through detailed design and handover to the client.
•Provide technical leadership for building technology workstreams, advising project teams and junior colleagues.
•Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary stakeholders to interpret requirements and develop design solutions.
•Coordinate holistic smart building solutions with specialists across Security, Lighting, ICT, VT, BMS, and AV.
•Review designs and reports, document technical reviews and risk assessments, and support issue resolution.

•Experience creating systems integration strategies bridging building automation with modern IoT, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
