Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and facilitate sports, leisure, and entertainment activities/programs for guest participation and enjoyment (pool games, teens activities, narrations, demonstrations, special events, and holiday events).
  • •Ensure activities are offered to a defined standard of quality and deliver a fun, teamwork atmosphere aligned to total guest satisfaction.
  • •Attend assigned meetings and promote resort programs, facilities, and other departmental services; assist and host resort services activities as scheduled by the department head.
  • •Prepare necessary equipment and maintain activity storage, supplies, audio systems/equipment, and areas to ensure readiness and proper functioning.
  • •Record guest attendance for each activity, communicate guest satisfaction/activity popularity to managers, assist with new innovative ideas, and support upselling of activities/experiences when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •HSC or equivalent qualification; a Certificate/Diploma in Sports, Recreation, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is an advantage.
  • •Previous experience in sports, leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or guest activities preferred.
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills with an outgoing, service-oriented personality.
  • •Ability to engage and entertain guests of all ages and cultures; strong teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
